Right now Mehtaji works with Meesho only. We are working to connect other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart and others soon. Until then, please use Mehtaji only for Meesho related work.
You are responsible for your login details and WhatsApp number used with Mehtaji. Please do not share your account access with anyone else. Any activity done using your account will be considered as done by you.
You must give correct product, stock and order details to Mehtaji. If wrong information is given, it may cause listing errors or order problems. Mehtaji is not responsible for such issues.
We may collect and use your data such as orders, listings, stock details and chat data to give you this service and improve your experience. We do not sell your data to any third party.
By using Mehtaji, you agree to share your personal and business details like name, phone number, business name and other required information needed to use our service.
By connecting WhatsApp with Mehtaji, you agree to receive order updates, listing updates and business related messages from us on WhatsApp.
Since Mehtaji is in beta, some features may have bugs, errors or unexpected behaviour. We request you to report any issue you face so we can fix it quickly.
During beta, Mehtaji may have downtime, slow response or service interruption at times. We are continuously working to make the service stable and reliable.
Features of Mehtaji may be added, changed or removed at any time during beta without prior notice, as we keep improving the product.
Any feedback or suggestion you give during beta may be used by us to improve Mehtaji's features and service.
Even if Mehtaji suggests or automates certain actions, you are responsible for checking your orders and listings before taking any final action.
Mehtaji is only for product listing and order management purpose. We are not responsible for payment, refund or any financial matter between you, the marketplace or your customer.
Mehtaji helps you manage your business better, but we do not guarantee increase in sales or profit.
Mehtaji is not responsible for any loss caused by internet issues, marketplace policy changes, wrong data entry, bugs during beta, or any financial loss related to your business.
You or Mehtaji can stop the service anytime. After account closure, your data may be removed as per our data policy.
These terms may be updated as Mehtaji moves from beta to full version. We will inform you whenever there is any change.
